As a Front Desk Associate, you play a key role in delivering that mission and shaping each family’s experience.
Position Overview:
Working alongside the General Manager, the Front Desk Associate helps ensure every interaction reflects the Aqua-Tots standard of excellence. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for families—creating a welcoming environment, providing clear information, and building confidence in their child’s progress.
Core Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Communicate program details, safety practices, and class expectations with clarity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready facility
- Understand and follow the Emergency Action Plan (EAP), addressing safety concerns immediately
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and daily operational coordination
- Contribute to a positive team environment that reflects our values and culture
- Stay adaptable and open to learning new tools, systems, and responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Enjoy working with children and engaging with families
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage concerns and resolve issues with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with swimming or water safety is helpful, but not required
- Minimum age of 17
- Self-motivated with a willingness to step up and take initiative

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
