Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now interviewing for a FULL TIME Aquatic Manager for our indoor swim school.

Aquatic Manager Objective: Lead, manage and motivate Aquatic Staff to consistently provide swim lessons that adhere to the Aqua-Tots Quality Assurance standard. Monitor clients' lesson progression, interface frequently with our families and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Swim instructor and lifeguard experience preferred.
Aquatic Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership and management of swim instruction staff and Water Safety Program. Hire, train, review, and coach aquatic staff. Staff evaluations & co-teaching. Deck Supervision, teaching swim lessons, training and conducting instructor assessments.
