Lifeguard (Indoor, year round)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the indoor pool area continuously to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents with appropriate first aid or CPR as needed.
• Conduct routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, water quality checks, and equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and communicate effectively with team members during shifts.
• Perform regular pool cleaning duties such as skimming debris, scrubbing surfaces, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications

• Valid lifeguard certification with current CPR and First Aid training from a recognized organization.
• Prior lifeguard or pool supervision experience preferred but not required; training available for qualified candidates.
• Ability to swim confidently and demonstrate strong swimming skills in various water conditions.
• Knowledge of basic pool maintenance procedures and safety protocols is a plus.
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to remain alert, focused, and proactive during long periods of surveillance. This role offers an engaging environment where your dedication to safety makes a real difference! Available Shifts:

Weekday AM shifts are 8:30am - 1:00 pm; Weekday PM shifts are 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturday AM Shift 8:30am - 1:00pm and Sunday AM shifts are 8:30am - 1:00pm
