Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for non-technical roles (e.g., front desk staff, swim instructors, lifeguards, etc.).
- Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards.
- Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and databases.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates to the hiring team and suggest improvements to the recruitment process.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (non-technical focus preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable using virtual tools like Zoom and Teams software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Prior experience in recruiting.
- Familiarity with small business or startup hiring environments.
