What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Aqua Terra Property Management, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Florida Property Manager with an active CAM license. This is for a part-time position to start. This will grow into a full-time position, and this could happen quickly. This is an in-office position. Somewhat flexible hours. Will discuss hours.
Experience required! Must have a reliable vehicle, and you must show proof of car insurance and a valid driver's license. You will be required to drive to properties.
Basic typing skills are required, know how to use MS Word. Organization and time management skills are required. You have to be organized and able to take good notes while you work. Good communication skills are needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Assist in all day-to-day operations in property management. Contact vendors, owners, and tenants. Visit properties.
$25-$30per hour based on experience. Paid training. Must submit to a background check.
