As a Commercial Pool Service Technician, you'll help keep commercial swimming pools clean, properly maintained, and ready for the communities that depend on them throughout the swimming season. You'll enjoy hands-on work, develop practical technical skills, and take pride in maintaining facilities that people look forward to enjoying.
No pool experience? No problem! AquaTech provides training to help you get started, build your knowledge, and develop the skills needed to succeed.
What You'll Do:
• Clean, vacuum, brush, and maintain commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain proper water quality.
• Inspect pool equipment and identify maintenance concerns.
• Perform minor pool repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Complete daily service reports and follow established procedures.
• Help ensure pools are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
Pay & Opportunities for Growth

Schedule & Work Environment

• Peak season: A busier schedule supporting daily pool service needs, with some weekend work required.
• Overtime: Opportunities may be available during the busy season, depending on operational needs.

What We're Looking For
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license held for at least three years.
• Must meet AquaTech's eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle.
• A dependable, motivated individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Someone who can work independently, follow procedures, and take pride in their work.
