Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laborer role located in Homer Glen, IL. The Laborer will assist with swimming pool construction, maintenance, and renovations. Responsibilities include supporting pool installations, handling tools and equipment, performing general labor tasks, maintaining worksite cleanliness, and collaborating with team members on various projects to ensure timely and high-quality job completion.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, moving, and working outdoors for extended periods
- Experience using basic tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior experience in construction, pool installation, or landscaping is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
