What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Foreman Trainee - Pool position at Aqua Pools?
Aqua Pools Service & Maintenance is seeking a dependable, experienced construction professional to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year round position with strong opportunity for advancement into a foreman role.
We specialize in pool construction, as well as service and maintenance, and take pride in delivering high quality work to our customers. We are looking for someone who shares that same level of pride, work ethic, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in all aspects of pool construction and installation
- Perform general construction tasks (digging, framing, concrete prep, equipment setup, etc.)
- Communicate daily progress and tasks with supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Support pool service and maintenance work when needed
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience is required
- Pool experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding labor
- Quick learner who can adapt and take direction

Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Year-round work (including winter months)
- Pay based on experience
