Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Troy, MI, for a Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process, preparing and issuing invoices, handling client billing operations, and performing basic accounting tasks. The role involves consistent communication with clients to address billing inquiries and ensure accuracy in all records and financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience with Billing Process, Client Billing, and Invoicing
- Strong skills in Communication and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in Accounting and financial record maintenance
- Proficient in using billing systems or software (Quickbooks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000
