Location & Hours: Neptune Beach, FL | On-site | Part-Time or Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM
We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Manager to lead brand growth for Aqua East Surf Shop. You’ll manage social media, email campaigns, events, and partnerships to keep our brand connected to the community, drive traffic to the store and social media, and make every marketing initiative meaningful for our audience.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and email campaigns, with an emphasis on engagement and community connection.
· Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events that drive store visits and online sales.
· Collaborate with local organizations, brand partners, and vendors to expand brand presence through sponsorships and activations.
· Track and analyze analytics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
· Support creative projects including photography, video content, and visual storytelling that represent Aqua East’s surf and beach lifestyle.
· Manage multiple marketing projects with attention to detail and timelines
Qualifications & Skills
Requirements:
· 1 years of marketing experience (social media, content creation, and campaigns).
· Strong written and visual communication skills — able to create content that resonates with a surf/beach audience.
· Organized and self-motivated with project management experience.
· Comfortable with social media management, analytics, and basic design tools.
· Passion for surf, skate, or beach lifestyle (or willingness to learn).
Nice to Have:
· Experience in managing email marketing platforms
