Seeking a Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our team in Chardon, Ohio!

Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries by telephone, email, and website inquiries
- Complete customer related tasks
- Complete data entry, production entry, and data base management
- Email and file documents and maintain customer files
- Develop marketing materials to support company objectives
- Ability to work with deadlines
Requirements:
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Social media content creation
- Knowledge of WordPress and Canva are a plus
- 1 year of relevant promotional document creation preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background & drug test
