Role Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation & Transportation:

• Safely operate and maneuver dump trucks to transport pool construction materials and equipment between our Hollywood, SC facility and various local job sites, with no overnight travel required.
• Competently operate heavy machinery including bobcats and mini excavators for excavation and precise material handling.
• Ensure secure and accurate loading/unloading of construction materials and equipment, maintaining the highest standards of safety.

Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance:

• Conduct comprehensive daily inspections of vehicles and equipment, promptly identifying, reporting, and addressing mechanical or safety issues.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring all machinery remains operationally ready, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Support Construction Operations:

• Actively assist construction teams with essential site preparation tasks, including excavation, trenching, and equipment setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites, supporting efficient, safe, and professional work environments.

Client and Team Interaction:

• Professionally engage with clients, suppliers, and construction team members, proactively addressing inquiries and providing reliable solutions.
• Foster positive and respectful relationships that reflect our company's commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A South Carolina Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Proven experience operating dump trucks and heavy equipment (bobcats, mini excavators).
• Ability and willingness to successfully complete background checks, drug screenings, and provide professional employment references.
