Aqua Blue Hotel is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.Responsibilities:Supervise daily housekeeping operationsInspect guest rooms and common areas for quality and cleanlinessAssist with training, scheduling, and supporting housekeeping staffEnsure all linen, supply, and storage areas are organized and fully stockedCommunicate effectively with Front Desk and Maintenance teamsUse RMS daily for scheduling, room status, and reportingUphold hotel standards and respond promptly to guest needsRequirements:Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience requiredComputer experience required — proficiency in RMS is imperativeStrong attention to detail and time-management skillsAbility to work weekends and holidaysPositive attitude and strong leadership skillsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shiftWhy Work With Us:Aqua Blue Hotel is a revitalized, fast-growing seaside property in the heart of Narragansett.
