Inventory Associate

Planet Nugg is hiring Inventory Associates to help keep our high-volume cannabis dispensary moving smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re looking for organized, detail-focused, high-energy team members who can help manage product flow, prepare orders, maintain accurate inventory, and support daily dispensary operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, count, and inspect incoming cannabis shipments.
• Track and update inventory using inventory management systems.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy checks.
• Organize storage areas and make sure products are labeled and stored properly.
• Move inventory throughout the facility while keeping systems updated.
• Report discrepancies, damaged items, or inventory concerns to leadership.
• Work with the team to hit daily goals while maintaining a positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• MUST be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic math skills and confidence working with numbers.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Experience with inventory, fulfillment, restaurant operations, or retail is a plus.
• Experience with Dutchie, Biotrack, Excel, or inventory systems is a plus.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs.
• Positive attitude, team mindset, and willingness to learn.
