- Lead and execute IT infrastructure, cloud, security, and application projects from

- Microsoft 365 (Entra ID / Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Endpoint management (Intune, MDM/MAM, device hardening)
- Network technologies (firewalls, switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
- Security tools and controls (MFA, EDR, SOC integrations, vulnerability remediation)
- Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Work alongside our MSP in a co-managed IT model
- Take ownership of internal project execution previously handled by MSP project
- Review MSP designs, validate recommendations, and ensure alignment with
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues and projects
- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks
- Help define and enforce IT standards, architectures, and best practices
- Ensure projects meet security, compliance, and operational requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and constraints
- Provide clear project status updates to IT leadership
- Mentor junior IT staff as appropriate
- 5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure or systems engineering experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale or cross-functional IT initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft enterprise environments
- Advanced knowledge of security architecture, networking and cloud services
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience designing solutions, not just implementing them
- Strong vendor management and technical leadership skills
- Microsoft (Azure, M365, Security)
- Cisco, SonicWALL, or other networking certifications
- Security certifications (Security , CISSP, etc.)
- ITIL or project management certifications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
