Job description:
Maslow Project is seeking a dedicated and resilient Bilingual Case Manager to join our school based team. In this role, you'll provide person-centered, wrap around support to youth and families experiencing housing instability, in Jackson County. You'll be an advocate, a resource, and a mentor, empowering clients to achieve their goals and build brighter futures-- specifically working as a partner with our local schools.
This position has a focus on attendance support, educational outcomes, McKinney-Vento Advocacy and coordinated efforts with school staff and admin. You must be bilingual and well connected to our local community partners.

What You'll Do:
- Empower Clients: Conduct intakes, assess needs, and develop client-led goal plans focused on housing, education, employment, and well-being.
- Provide Academic Support: Offer ongoing case management, life skills training, academic support and connections to vital resources.
- Be an Advocate: Advocate for clients with schools, agencies, and landlords, ensuring they receive the support they deserve.
- Conduct Street Outreach: Work as part of a team to connect with vulnerable youth in the community, offering support and referrals- this includes potential travel between both Jackson and Josephine County.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with school staff, admin, counselors and community partners to offer wrap around support for students in school.
- Document and Report: Maintain accurate case notes, client records, and data tracking to ensure program effectiveness.
- Educate the Community: Share information about Maslow Project services and resources to raise awareness and build support.

- Minimum Qualifications:
- Case Manager 1: Diploma/GED/AA degree ; 3 yrs relevant / related experience
- Case Manager 2: CM 1 CHW eligible/QMHA ready; At least two years of paid case management experience in a relevant field.
- Case Manager 3: Satisfy CM 1 & 2 Requirements: Candidates should meet the eligibility criteria for Case Manager 1 and Case Manager 2, demonstrating a solid foundation of skills, knowledge, and experience in social services. CHW or QMHA obtained. At least three years of paid case management experience in a related field. At least one year of this experience should be in a CM role at Maslow Project to ensure familiarity with our specialized population and services.
