Ultrasound Technician (MIT)
Position Summary:
Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment while supporting radiology operations.
Compensation: Starting at 65/hr plus 5.09 for Health and Wellness
CT: Weekday & Weekend Coverage (including holidays)
Shift Hours
Day 7:00am – 7:30pm
Night 6:00pm – 6:30am

Primary Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ultrasound equipment for diagnostic imaging
- Prepare and position patients for exams
- Select appropriate imaging settings and capture images
- Document findings and ensure image quality
- Maintain exam room readiness and supplies
- Upload images to PACS and manage records
- Enter patient data into CPRS/Radiology systems
Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical Instrument Technician (MIT) designation
- Minimum 2 years ultrasound/sonography experience
- BLS certification
- ARDMS certification (preferred, not required)
- PACS experience preferred
