This is a full-time Termite Sales Inspector position located on the road in the area around Orlando, Florida. Termite Sales Inspectors are expected to make sales by converting leads into customers. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, excels working at an individual level, and is looking to grow their career in sales.

- Meet daily in-person with warm leads to sell termite solutions
- Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner
- Answer questions and provide clear, concise information
- Schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally
- Follow company guidelines for personal grooming and hygiene
- Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the property
- Identify locations conducive to termites and preventative measures we would take to protect the home from future infestations
- Identify signs of termite activity, including mud tubes, damaged wood, and termite droppings
- Distinguish between active and inactive termite infestations by analyzing signs of recent activity
- Document and report the status of colonies accurately
- Articulate expectations for curative treatments
- Provide a detailed explanation of inspection results to customers
- Demonstrate how the treatment will effectively address the specific issues found during the inspection
- Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed
- Ensure the diagram is easy to understand and accurately represents the planned installation
- Use the diagram to explain the installation process and benefits to the customer
- Work schedule includes every other Saturday
- 1 years of successful, prior Termite sales experience
- Active Termite Inspector license in the state of Florida preferred
- A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required
- A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)
- A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
