Position: CRM Admin & Developer (Microsoft D365 CE)
Location: Woodridge, IL-Onsite(M-F)
Duration: 6 Months Contract-W2
The CRM Admin & Developer is a techno functional role responsible for the administration, analysis, customization/development and user support for Microsoft’s D365 CE/CRM.
The role will work with all levels of management and process owners (Sales, Customer Service, Graphics & Marketing) to manage strategic and operational aspects of CRM with a focus on system administration & configuration, customization, and technical issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to support business operations.
Design and develop customizations, workflows, automations, and extensions within the Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Build and maintain model-driven applications, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using APIs and cloud integration technologies.
Manage CRM environments, security, user access, deployments, and application updates.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Participate in testing, production releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.
Develop technical documentation, reporting solutions, and dashboards that improve business visibility and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to optimize CRM processes, usability, and overall system performance.
Qualifications
Experience administering and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM solutions.
Strong techno-functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and support.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform development.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications using APIs or integration platforms.
Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Experience supporting CRM implementations, upgrades, or enhancements is preferred.
Experience with iPaaS platforms is a plus.
