YOUR ROLE

In your daily job you will:
- Drive the development of next-gen radar systems from inception to realization, including requirements analysis, algorithm development, and system concept architectures
- Take ownership of specific algorithms and key aspects of radar design, ensuring robust performance and functionality
- Lead early-stage sensor development utilizing radar modeling and simulation techniques
- Collaborate across a global team, providing insights and guidance in radar development efforts
- Lead technology and radar concept development initiatives, pushing the boundaries of what's possible
- Troubleshoot complex radar issues and provide guidance to colleagues to reach effective solutions
- Contribute to the full spectrum of radar sensor development activities, from concept to validation
- Conduct anechoic chamber testing to verify radar concepts and validate algorithm performance
- Participate in vehicle-level testing, both on closed courses and public roads, to validate radar sensor performance in real-world environments
Position Requirements:
- Master's degree with 3 years of experience OR Ph.D. with 1 years of experience in engineering, mathematics, physics, or related technical field.
- Extensive experience in radar system development, including algorithm design and radar sensor modeling.
- Proficiency in radar simulation tools and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex radar issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams
- Proven track record of leading technology development initiatives and delivering innovative solutions
- Familiarity with anechoic chamber testing and vehicle-level testing methodologies
- Commitment to driving continuous improvement and pushing the boundaries of radar technology
