What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graduate, IT Leadership Development Programme 2025 position at Aptiv?
Participants in the program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months and in different areas of IT. This Program provides participants with a wide breadth of experience into all functions across the IT organization, including:
- Business Relationship Management
- IT Project Delivery
- IT Operations

Your Background:
- Degree qualified or final year student in Business Information Systems or Enterprise Computing.
- Practical experience in IT would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and decision making skills.
- Leadership capability - campus or other organization leadership experience ideal.
