🗓 6-Month Contract

⏰ Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM 1 Saturday per quarter (OT available!)

✨ About the Role

Join a leading healthcare organization and support patients using specialty drug therapies. You’ll provide virtual patient care, education, and support while ensuring compliance with regulatory and documentation standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Educate and counsel new and existing patients on specialty medications
• Ensure compliance with contracted and accrediting regulations
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation following industry and regulatory standards
• Discuss potential and current side effects to support ongoing therapy adherence
• Report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to appropriate authorities
• Verify specialty drugs and assist in therapy management

👩 ⚕️ Required Qualifications

• 5 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in an acute hospital setting
• Active RN license (NC multi-state / compact license required)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
• Strong typing and computer skills; proficiency with email, Word, Excel, and web-based systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experience with motivational interviewing

🎓 Education

• Associate, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in Nursing (or accredited nursing diploma)
