We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in P&C Insurance and Majesco Billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements; define configuration approach
- Create functional specs, process flows, and gap analysis documents
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Scrum teams to deliver solutions
- Review test strategies, support UAT, and train end users
- Lead requirement workshops and manage business deliverables
Required Skills:
- Experience in Majesco Billing and P&C Insurance (Policy, Billing, Claims)
- Strong business analysis and Agile experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel
