Job Description:
- Performs any combination of following duties to assist Pharmacist in Central Fill pharmacy, which includes -
- Manual entry and picking, replenishing product for filling, packing, run automated sorting and counting equipment, fills bottles and cells with prescribed tablets and capsules, applies prescription labels to bottles and boxes, and computer usage.
- Assists Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medication.
- Receives and stores incoming supplies.
- Counts stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
- Cleans equipment, completes forms as directed. Assists in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory.
- Minimum Requirements: 1 years of pharmacy operations experience
- Must be able to work a 4day/10-hour shift with possible overtime.
Education/ Certifications –
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- TN State Pharmacy Technician License.
- Must have a Current Tennessee State Pharmacy License.
