Job Title: Junior Network Engineer
Location: Kings Mountain, NC (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
Seeking a Junior Network Engineer to support enterprise network operations. Responsibilities include assisting with incident troubleshooting, performing routine network changes, and maintaining documentation. The role involves working closely with senior engineers and vendors to ensure reliable network performance.

Required Skills:

  • 1–2 years of network operations/support experience
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing basics
  • Exposure to routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
  • Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, Nmap, or SolarWinds
  • Understanding of routers, switches, and firewalls

Preferred:

  • CCNA or equivalent certification (or in progress)
  • Basic knowledge of load balancing technologies
