🗓 6-Month Contract
⏰ Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM 1 Saturday per quarter (OT available!)
✨ About the Role
Join a leading healthcare organization and support patients using specialty drug therapies. You’ll provide virtual patient care, education, and support while ensuring compliance with regulatory and documentation standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Educate and counsel new and existing patients on specialty medications
- Ensure compliance with contracted and accrediting regulations
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation following industry and regulatory standards
- Discuss potential and current side effects to support ongoing therapy adherence
- Report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to appropriate authorities
- Verify specialty drugs and assist in therapy management
👩 ⚕️ Required Qualifications
- 5 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in an acute hospital setting
- Active RN license (NC multi-state / compact license required)
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
- Strong typing and computer skills; proficiency with email, Word, Excel, and web-based systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication; experience with motivational interviewing
🎓 Education
- Associate, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in Nursing (or accredited nursing diploma)
