Key Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight: Provide direction to System Integrator (SI) partner development and QA teams to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
- Solution Review: Validate solution designs, enforce code quality, test coverage, and adherence to architectural standards, security controls, and engineering best practices.
- Integration & Testing: Coordinate build, integration, and testing activities across internal teams and SI partners; identify and mitigate risks, defects, and dependencies early.
- Defect Management: Drive defect resolution and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Infrastructure teams to maintain delivery alignment.
- Release Readiness: Validate environment promotion, release readiness, and production deployment.
- Status Reporting: Provide clear technical status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Duck Creek Policy (Commercial Lines).
- Proficiency in C, Angular, .NET Core, CSS, JavaScript, and Express.
- Minimum 20 years of IT experience (or equivalent senior-level expertise).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Express 30 compatibility mode.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
