Role: Systems Administrator

Duration: 12 months
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise IT infrastructure and server environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure support across Windows and/or Linux environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers in enterprise environments
- 7 years of experience in IT hardware asset management, vendor management, or related roles with a strong focus on end user hardware.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure operational stability
- Perform server patching, upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance activities
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and access permissions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server-related issues
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Monitor system logs, alerts, and infrastructure health using monitoring tools
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Administration
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or virtualization technologies
- Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions
- Understanding of networking concepts and server security
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or scripting for automation tasks
- Experience with patch management and system upgrades
