Role: Application Development Engineer/Architect (AI-Focused Tech Lead)
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

Seeking a hands-on Tech Lead with 6 -12 years of experience in Python and .NET development, software architecture, and application modernization. The role involves leading scalable cloud-ready solutions, driving tech stack conversion/standardization, mentoring teams, and contributing directly to coding and design.

Strong experience required in:

  • Python & .NET development
  • Microservices, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
  • CI/CD, DevOps, SQL/NoSQL
  • GenAI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Windsurf)
  • Prompt engineering & Agentic AI workflows
  • Agile/Scrum delivery

Responsibilities include architecture leadership, AI-assisted development, code reviews, automation, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring secure, high-quality software delivery.

Salary : $70 - $85
