We are looking for a customer-focused professional with at least 1 year of high-volume call center experience and strong knowledge of tools like Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to prescription status, medication deliveries, payments, and account inquiries
β’ Assist customers with refill requests, shipment updates, insurance verification, and invoice-related questions
β’ Maintain accurate customer records and document interaction details in internal systems
β’ Coordinate with internal teams including pharmacists and nurses for escalations or patient-related concerns
β’ Provide timely resolutions by directing inquiries to the appropriate departments when needed
β’ Support customers with professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills
β’ Identify and escalate product complaints or safety-related concerns following company procedures
β’ Ensure a smooth customer experience while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
β Requirements:
β’ 1 year of call center/customer support experience
β’ Strong communication and multitasking abilities
β’ Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and customer management systems
β’ Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Salary : $18 - $20
