🕒 Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, onsite
• Shift options between 8 AM – 8 PM:
• 8 AM – 5 PM
• 10 AM – 7 PM
• 11 AM – 8 PM

⭐ Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable handling high-volume case processing

📌 Role Overview

The Case Manager will support patients, healthcare providers, and manufacturer programs by navigating complex reimbursement and insurance processes. This role requires strong knowledge of insurance benefits, payer requirements, and both Medicare and Medicaid programs. You’ll be responsible for resolving inquiries, reviewing coverage details, and ensuring timely completion of benefit verifications and insurance re-verifications.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, prioritize customer inquiries, and meet SLA expectations
• Support healthcare providers and patients with appeal processes for denied claims
• Work with physicians and insurance payers to advocate for product coverage
• Track and interpret reimbursement trends and payer policy updates
• Handle complex or escalated cases requiring advanced problem-solving
• Conduct external research to identify alternative financial assistance resources
• Maintain accurate case documentation and prepare reports when needed

📚 Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years experience in healthcare fields such as:
• Insurance verification / claims
• Medicare/Medicaid administration
• Physician office or outpatient billing
• Pharmacy or pharmaceutical support
• 2 years customer service experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions
