About the Role
We’re seeking a TORT Technology Business Analyst & Solution Engineer to join our Legal Technology and Claims Management team. This hybrid role bridges business analysis and technical solution design, driving innovation in TORT case management systems. You’ll collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that streamline claims workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for TORT workflows.
- Design and configure TORT system components, including workflow automation and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers on API integrations and data synchronization.
- Conduct gap analysis, create process flows, and manage UAT.
- Optimize system performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support for end-users.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience:
- 5 years in Business Analysis or Solution Engineering.
- Familiarity with legal case management or claims systems (TORTS preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- SQL, API integration (REST/SOAP), workflow automation.
- Experience with MAVQ or Litify is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Certifications
- CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum
- MuleSoft Integration Specialist
Salary : $90 - $130
