We’re hiring: IT Service Delivery Manager (Onsite – Wayne, NJ)
Aptimized is looking for a hands-on IT Service Delivery Manager to lead managed services, infrastructure operations, and technology implementation projects across our client base.
This is not a passive oversight role — we need someone who can own delivery, manage P&L, lead technical teams, and drive real outcomes for clients.
👉 Location: Wayne, NJ (Onsite – 5 days/week)

🔹 What You’ll Own
- Full accountability for service delivery performance (SLA/KPI/CX)
- P&L ownership across customer accounts (revenue, margin, cost control)
- Leadership of technical delivery teams (infrastructure cloud engineers)
- Delivery of:
- Managed services (AMS/support models)
- Technology implementation projects (cloud, infrastructure, security)
- Executive-level client relationship management
🔹 Environment You’ll Manage
- Enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, hybrid environments)
- Microsoft cloud stack:
- Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Entra ID / Identity
- Hybrid modern cloud transformation initiatives
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 10 years in IT service delivery / consulting / managed services
- Proven experience managing:
- Managed services support operations
- Technology implementations (not just BAU support)
- Strong infrastructure background
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, M365)
- Experience managing technical teams offshore/vendor models
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L / financial performance
