What You’ll Do
- Manage candidates through the interview process from initial screen to offer
- Conduct structured interviews using an attribute-based evaluation framework
- Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and hiring decisions
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows, communication, and evaluation
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience
- Help refine and improve hiring processes over time
- Resourcefulness - you move processes forward without waiting for direction
- Judgment - you can evaluate candidates and make sound recommendations
- Speed and urgency - you maintain momentum across roles and candidates
- Grit - you manage complexity without dropping quality
- Aptitude - you learn roles, teams, and business needs quickly

- Communication - clear, structured communication with candidates and stakeholders

- 2 years experience in recruiting, coordination, or related work
- Experience or exposure to interviewing or candidate evaluation
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve workflows
- Evidence of self-initiated projects, process improvements, or ownership of work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience supporting technical or early-career hiring
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools
- Built or improved recruiting processes or workflows
- You take ownership of the hiring process rather than waiting on direction
- You evaluate how candidates think, not just what’s on their resume
- You are comfortable making recommendations and decisions
- You can manage multiple roles, candidates, and stakeholders at once
- You operate well in fast-moving environments without everything fully defined
- You actively use AI and new tools to improve your work
