- Proficient in operating mills, lathes, drill presses, saws, and standard shop equipment
- Skilled in part fabrication, modification, fitting, deburring, and rework
- Strong experience supporting prototype, test, and production builds
- Knowledge of shop safety practices, tool maintenance, and 5S principles
- Able to troubleshoot issues and provide reliable support to engineering and production teams
Additional capabilities include:
- Assembly support and hardware inspection
- Continuous improvement and organized shop practices (5S)
- Exposure to CNC programming and CNC machine operation
