We are seeking an Amazon Connect Developer for a contract role. This hybrid position is based in Jersey City, NJ, with some work from home allowed. The Developer will handle the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Amazon Connect system. Responsibilities include customizing contact flows, integrating with other AWS services, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.
- Experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
- Skills in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Node.js, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in integrating systems and APIs
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant AWS certifications are a plus
