Job Title: Accounts Receivable Processor I
Location: 1000 Cherrington Parkway Moon Township, PA 15108
Schedule: flexible choose their eight hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
Hybrid - Remotely on Mondays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
pay rate: $24.27/hr on W2
What You'll Do: Assist in managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, to ensure timely and accurate recording of revenue. Functions: Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner Follow up on outstanding payments and collections Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues Maintain up-to-date customer records and communication regarding payment status Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports to management Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Some college coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills: Experience with accounts receivable software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) Knowledge of billing and collection procedures Familiarity with credit and collections regulations Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
