What You’ll Do

Aptarro is scaling into its next growth horizon as a category-defining platform in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). The Director of Marketing will lead the marketing function—owning strategy, team performance, and market presence.

This role is designed for a strategic operator who excels at turning insight into pipeline, building trusted cross-functional partnerships, and guiding an AI-forward marketing team to deliver results.

In This Role, You Will

Revenue & Demand Strategy

  • Own the strategy and outcomes for marketing-sourced pipeline—across inbound, outbound, ABM, and intent-driven campaigns.
  • Guide the team in deploying 6sense, SEO/GEO, and AI-informed content to maximize discoverability and conversion.
  • Set direction for paid channels and directory strategies to ensure consistent lead flow.

Product & Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Lead product marketing strategy in partnership with Product and Sales to launch new capabilities with clarity and resonance.
  • Oversee competitive positioning, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials to support sales velocity.
  • Champion cross-functional GTM alignment and execution.

Customer Marketing & Brand Reputation

  • Direct customer marketing efforts to deepen engagement, loyalty, and expansion.
  • Guide review generation, testimonial programs, and lifecycle content that build trust and visibility.
  • Evolve and protect Aptarro’s brand across all surfaces, ensuring a strong and consistent market signal.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team rooted in experimentation, accountability, and innovation.
  • Foster collaboration across Sales, Product, and Customer Success, ensuring marketing acts as a unifying force in revenue growth.
  • Drive operational excellence, clarity of roles, and ongoing professional development across the function.

Success Looks Like

  • 5x pipeline coverage maintained relative to net-new ARR targets
  • Lift in online reputation and market visibility, driven by review programs and thought leadership
  • High-functioning marketing org with clear KPIs, accountability, and alignment across teams
  • Customer marketing program driving retention, expansion, and referrals

What You’ll Bring

  • 5 years leading marketing teams in B2B SaaS, with a track record of pipeline growth and team scaling- preferably in Healthcare Technology
  • Deep experience in ABM, SEO/SEM, paid strategy, and AI-informed marketing
  • Proven success in product marketing, GTM strategy, and competitive positioning
  • Fluent in tools like 6sense, HubSpot, and intent data platforms
  • Strong leadership presence, with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational altitude
