What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Business Analyst position at Apt?
We are seeking a skilled ERP Business Operations Analyst to join our team supporting the migration from IFS Applications 10 to IFS Cloud. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, providing user support, and facilitating process development as part of our ERP transition.
This is a collaborative team environment, with a mix of onsite and remote team members. We're looking for someone who brings both technical aptitude and strong soft skills to mesh well with the team and broader company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for IFS ERP systems (IFS Apps 10 / IFS Cloud)
- Perform light debugging to help resolve system or user issues
- Develop and maintain training materials for users
- Support process documentation and development as we modernize ERP workflows
- Work closely with cross-functional business teams to ensure operational efficiency during the ERP transition
- Assist in knowledge transfer and onboarding of new system functionalities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting ERP systems or in business operations roles
- Strong understanding of business processes across functions (supply chain, operations, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide user-friendly solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience creating training and process documentation
Preferred/Bonus Skills:
- Experience with IFS Applications 10 or IFS Cloud
- Familiarity with PL/SQL (not required, but a plus)
- Background in supply chain or manufacturing environments

Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
