Position Summary:
The Director of Select Sales leads a high-performing team focused on Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions across Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, developing talent, and executing strategic sales initiatives. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Sales, the Director partners cross-functionally to optimize sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support continued business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Drive consistent attainment of monthly sales quotas and pipeline growth objectives
- Recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent
- Develop and implement sales strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve execution and forecasting accuracy
- Partner with internal leadership to negotiate and close complex, high-value opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Ensure accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence across the sales organization

Qualifications:
- 10 years of successful IT sales experience, preferably within Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions
- 5 years of proven sales leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
- Prior experience working for a VAR (Value-Added Reseller) organization is required
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong professionalism, executive presence, and customer-facing communication skills
- Proven history of longevity and stability in previous roles; candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered
- Experience hiring, developing, and coaching sales professionals
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI accountability
