Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic
- Maintain floors through proper care techniques like vacuuming, sweeping, and floor care to keep surfaces looking their best
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations
- Manage sanitation routines to uphold health standards within each residence, including bathroom and kitchen disinfection
- Assist with janitorial tasks when needed, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Support housekeeping management by following schedules, completing checklists, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning background is a plus
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
