Job Description: Crew Member - Cleaning Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Crew Member - Cleaning Technician, your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning restrooms, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and removing trash.
- Meeting and exceeding client expectations to ensure top-quality service.
- Working in a fast-paced, team environment to maintain cleanliness and order at client locations.

Job Requirements:
As a qualified Crew Member, you should meet the following criteria:
- 1 year of cleaning experience (preferred).
- A genuine desire to please the customer and ensure satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work in M.R.E. Cleaning Service t-shirt/polo, khaki pants, and closed-toe shoes.
- Always prioritize safety while working.
- Be proactive and communicate ideas that improve your work process or remove frustration.
- Be punctual and reliable in reporting to work.
- Assist in other locations as needed.
