Now Hiring – Office & Customer Support Associate (Downey, CA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Downey, CA
Language Requirement: SPANISH IS A MUST -Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and being a key part of daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist with processing customer orders
- Help manage deadlines and coordinate with the production team
- Support inventory tracking and organization
- Maintain a clean and organized front office
- Assist in creating daily social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fast learner with a positive, proactive attitude
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic computer systems
- Professional, polite, and customer-focused
- Able to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Team player who works well with different personalities (very important)
- Willing to follow processes and company policies
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
