Do you have experience dealing with walk in customers and phones?

The ideal candidate will greet walk-in clients, take payments, answer phones, and run printing machines. This is PERFECT FOR someone that LOVES TALKNG TO PEOPLE and can project manage.

If so, then this position is perfect for you. We are a print company looking for someone that can Meet deadlines. a person who is very organized and CLEAN.

Shift:

Mon to Friday 7am to 2pm Shift, 30-35 hours per week. Potential to lead to full time.

We are looking for someone willing to learn our product catalog. A person that is going to take time to understand our products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(This position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be required for this position). ANSWER incoming phone calls, Take orders from walk-in customers, take inventory, review payment reports, shipping, cleaning, organizing office, helping with production when needed.

• Facilitates and monitors printing and production services from start to completion
• Reviews print requests
• Inspects and verifies completed projects meet quality standards
• Maintains inventory of paper, bindery supplies, toner, and other consumables
• Orders supplies and verifies accuracy of billing
• Performs other related duties commensurate with the requirements of the printing and production department.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
