Our Madison Plant is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join the team! This role is a cornerstone of operational excellence, ensuring that materials, inventory, and information flow seamlessly across multiple sites and systems. You’ll take ownership of critical processes—from managing inbound raw materials and sourced finished goods to reconciling ERP and WMS data with precision. Your work keeps inventory accurate, orders moving, and cross‑functional teams aligned.
You’ll play a key role in supporting cycle counts, resolving quality and return transactions, and partnering with internal and external teams to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency. As a trusted resource, you’ll help maintain smooth production operations, also represent the PIC team in cross‑functional discussions, and step in as a backup to the Inventory Leader when needed.
- Complete all stock receipts for raw material and sourced finished goods arriving at BCP and reconcile with ERP.
- Complete and review inventory replenishments, inventory transfers on/off site locations including BCP, Westport and Poynette
- Complete sourced FG Sales Orders shipped out of BCP
- Reconciliation of BCP portal to inbound shipment receipts with internal systems (ERP and WMS) to ensure billing/inventory accuracy on a daily basis.
- Reconcile Warehouse Management System transactions for receiving inbound shipments, transfers, shipping and inventory daily.
- Assist in completing cycle counts for Madison and reporting on outside warehouse locations (BCP, Wesport)
- Support organization to address and resolve CAR, CCAR, NCC, RGA/RMA transactions to improve shipping efficiency and customer satisfaction. Includes quarantining suspect inventory physically/systematically at Madison and/or outside warehouse locations.
- Execute return to vendor transactions and shipping along with the corresponding NCC processes.
- Assist internal and external business partners on questions relating to orders, inventory and systems (ERP, WMS).
- Serve as the backup to the Inventory Leader, assisting in issuing material, closure of shop orders, etc.
- Represent the PIC department in cross functional meetings.
- Work with production team in identifying material put-away, packaging and footprint issues.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory preferred.
- Knowledge or desire in developing an expertise of WMS/ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines, organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Desire to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
- Ability to operate a forklift
