Position Overview:
Are you a people person with a knack for building rapport? Do you thrive in environments where you can engage with customers? Our agents specialize in offering State Farm insurance and financial services, providing a unique opportunity to connect with clients and make a real difference in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Forge strong connections with customers and maintain ongoing communication to address their needs effectively.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to guide clients through insurance options and ensure they are well-informed.
- Drive business growth by generating leads, arranging appointments, understanding customer requirements, and promoting suitable products and services.
Requirements:
- All career backgrounds are welcome to apply - service industry, sales, insurance experience, etc
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Driven and motivated to exceed goals
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish positive relationships

- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Insurance licensing will be required.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
