- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Guide insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Cross Selling is key to your additional success and great commissions
- Identify customer opportunities
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- License Requirement
All team members will license in:- Property
- Casualty
- Life
- Health
- OR be able to obtain the required licensing. Must have P&C and then obtain Life & Health within 60 days of hire.
