Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with HRBPs to attract high-caliber talent for both non-exempt and exempt roles, ensuring an exceptional, brand-aligned candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring steps with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Deliver a polished, hospitality-inspired onboarding process that helps new hires feel welcomed and valued from day one.
- Provide proactive, high-touch support to all employees, offering assistance before issues escalate.
- Approach every interaction with a customer service mindset, ensuring employees feel genuinely supported.
- Build trusting relationships across departments through active listening and timely follow-through.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and handle all sensitive matters with discretion and care.
- Maintain impeccable HRIS records and documentation for exempt and non-exempt teams.
- Support benefits administration with clarity, professionalism, and a service-first approach.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws, including wage and hour regulations for non-exempt roles.
- Coordinate logistical needs for corporate development programs, warehouse safety trainings, and leadership workshops.
- Follow up proactively with managers and employees on training completion and development initiatives.
- Review timecards and attendance with precision, particularly for non-exempt employees.
- Provide employees with timely and discreet assistance regarding payroll and benefit inquiries.
- 2–4 years of HR experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt employee groups required.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-driven approach.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in beauty, luxury goods, fashion, or consumer brands preferred.
