JOB SUMMARY FROM MAN

AGER:This is a role that allows us to place a leader over the LMS and admin functions to transition to a big enterprise resource platform system implementation project. There's a new learning support software being integrated into their current program that this project and hire will assist with overseeing. Once consolidation into the program happens there are users from another region that need to be consolidated into this new pro

gram.
Currently the facility uses Saba as their LMS and performance management tool. Saba is the landing spot for all of their learning team’s programming, and also supports key groups like nursing. This role involves maintaining Saba and integrating into Oracle. This person will also work closely with the current leader to prepare the data and content migra

tions.
