About the Role
We are hiring a Material Handler to support inventory and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is ideal for candidates with inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform material movement (physical system transactions)
- Generate and process work orders in ERP system
- Complete work order receipts and inventory updates
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support manufacturing and assembly operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory (FDA/QMS) standards
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of inventory control / warehouse experience
- Experience in manufacturing, pharma, or a regulated environment (preferred)
- Basic experience with ERP systems or inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Comfortable with overtime and physical work
- High school diploma or GED
Important Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Westford, MA
- Must be available for 2 interview rounds (virtual)
- Must be open to working evening/night shift
Nice to Have
- Experience in medical device / pharma industry
- Experience with cycle counting / inventory audits
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
